This is one ADORABLE, happy little guy who is a handful of dog! He is combination, maybe Pem/Cardi/Cattle Dog? mix, and only 20 pounds. I have met him and I adore him. He looks like a ball of fire, I think Pem/Beagle.
If he's named Kipper, he has to be a cool dog. Fingers crossed that someone takes him home to love forever.
