Boggin Damage

If you have seen the new animated movie, Epic, you will understand the reference to "boggin" and rot.

This is what is left of the rotted sill that the living room and existing bedroom have been sitting on. Leonard has it jacked up, removed the rotten wood and is adding a new beam.
