Great Customer Service

The National Photographer did email me right away this morning. Unfortunately the dog is cut off on the negative. In 25 years they have only had this happen 5 times. They are taking care of the matter.

I must give them an A+ for good customer service!

I'm glad she got back to you. I thought over all she was far more conscientious about the dogs looking good than the vast majority of show photogs are. I'm just sorry the rest of the photo is irretrievable.

Bummer about the pic--although if you found someone really talented with photoshop, they might be able to put a hind end on poor Sterling ;-)
