Remembering Dad

Philip "Red" Goldman
January 15, 1926 - November 17, 1979

It's hard to believe 30 years have gone by. This is one of the only photos of "just the two of us" as my dad was always the photographer. Our time together was way to short.

We never have enough time with the ones we loved. I lost my Mother in 2004, and still miss her so.

Very nice tribute to your father. It is lonely without one's parents - no matter how long they have been gone.

A very nice tribute to your Dad. We never seem to have enough time with our parents. My Mom has recently been diagnosed with PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy - kind of acts like a cross between Parkinsons and Alzheimers, with a little Muscular Distrophy thrown in). We were told a few months ago IF she makes it til Christmas, we will be fortunate. I've been trying to spend as much time as possible in Missouri with her, cherishing every "good" minute I have with her. I know she is looking forward to Thanksgiving, her bd in December and Christmas, so we are going to try to make those the best memories for her (and us!). We're never ready to let go, but I just pray for Mom to be out of pain and with her Lord. Hugs to you!
